Rujeko Oscars-Brown
Hello, I’m Rujeko Oscars-Brown. For much of my life, I lived in the shadows, twenty years undocumented in the UK, always afraid, always shrinking myself to fit in and stay safe. Every day was a lesson in resilience and endurance. Even as I earned multiple degrees and tried to build a future, I carried the weight of fear and invisibility.
Then, just as life began to open up, I faced another trial: a cancer diagnosis that changed everything. For the first time, I couldn’t push through or pretend to be strong. I had to stop, face myself, and truly listen to the woman I had become.
In that darkness, I found a new strength, the strength to stop surviving and start living. My healing was not just physical. It was emotional, spiritual, and deeply personal. I realized that my experiences had prepared me for a new mission: to help other women rise from their hardest seasons and reclaim their lives with courage and purpose.
Why Do I Coach Other Women?
I know what it’s like to feel invisible, lost, or exhausted by life’s challenges. I know what it means to question your worth or wonder if you’ll ever feel whole again. But I also know what’s possible on the other side, renewed confidence, clear direction, and a life that finally feels like your own.
My coaching is for women who have held it all together, but are now ready to find themselves again. I create a safe, judgment-free space where your whole story is welcome, messy parts and all. Together, we’ll gently untangle what’s holding you back and rebuild from the inside out.
How I Help
I guide women, especially those between 40 and 60, through three core pillars of transformation:
- Identity Restoration: Reconnect with who you truly are, beyond pain or past roles.
- Confidence Rebuilding: Reclaim your voice and self-worth, without needing to perform.
- Purposeful Reinvention: Design a future that reflects your truth—not just your survival.
My Values
I believe your pain does not disqualify you; it prepares you for something deeper.
I believe in the power of faith, healing, and honest conversation.
I believe that no matter how hard your journey has been, you are not too late, too lost, or too broken. You are becoming.
